Entrepreneurship
Every entrepreneur knows what I am talking about. It’s that wake-up call at 3 a.m.—sometimes it’s about a team member who is in crisis, a bill that is almost due, a project that is delayed, a contract negotiation that is taking too long.
Whatever the reason happens to be that particular day, you’re awake and it’s on your mind. You may even start to send emails in the middle of the night–or at least draft them. You start to pray, plan, strategize and eventually you work with your team to figure out the best way to handle it. There’s always work to do, and the responsibility of it all hits you. Families depend on you to figure it out.
Thankfully, I can lean on my @GCCDallas team to make the hard choices every day, so I am not alone in this—well maybe just at 3 a.m.
What time is your wake-up call?
