Gregory Cody is a US Air Force service-disabled veteran and the founder of GCC Enterprises, Inc., which he co-owns with his wife Carol since its 2002 inception. Over the past 22 years, Greg’s vision, leadership, and guidance have driven GCC Enterprises to significant success. The company specializes in IDIQ contracts, construction, renovation, and facility management services.
As Project Executive, Greg has led GCC Enterprises from generating less than $1 million in revenue to over $20 million annually. He oversees daily business operations and has implemented Lean Construction techniques to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Under his management, the company has built a diverse client portfolio, serving federal government agencies and local hospitals in the DFW area.
Greg is an active board member of the DFW Minority Supplier Development Council (DFWMSDC) and the Regional Black Contractors Association (RBCA), focusing on community development. Both Greg and Carol are proud US Air Force veterans, dedicated to excellence in construction management, facilities management, and customer representation.
