The city of Dallas has selected a joint venture led by AECOM Hunt and Turner Construction for the first phase of the $3.7 billion Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center project
The City of Dallas on Wednesday awarded CMAR contract for the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD) Master Plan to Trinity Alliance Ventures, LLC. This contract includes pre-construction services, with future consideration for construction, and an initial award amount of $7.55 million.
Balfour Beatty, in joint venture with GCC Enterprises, was selected to deliver the work on North Crowley High School as well as North Crowley’s 9th Grade Center.
The Methodist Mansfield Medical Center will break ground on its second professional office building on Jan. 25.
